I made the mistake of getting DrinkPrime since I had heard tall claims from the team and decided that I would give a go. How wrong I was. I decided to relocate to a new house that is 4 to 5 km from my old place and raised a ticket for the team to relocate the purifier on 31st of January. Today is 4th of January, and I have still not had my purifier installed by their team. All of them are absolutely incompetent, and you cannot even contact them via a number because they have a chat based customer support (none of whom will be able to help you either by the way).
