I am very disappointed with the service on the Drink Prime application. The referral amount is not being credited properly. Every time I raise a request, the support team gives the same response that there is a backend issue and their team is working on it, but the problem never gets resolved. This has happened multiple times. Very poor service and a frustrating experience for users. Please fix this issue and improve the customer support.
