We have been using water purifier for past 2.5 years . 2months back water taste was not good and I couldn’t reach their customer service to raise a complaint in the first place . Later since I didn’t pay monthly subscription a follow up email from collections team and I raised the issue . But no response even after that .looks like they are going down trend in their business. Think twice about these guys
