DrinkPrime’s service has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The main issue is their unreliable customer support—technicians often take days to arrive and rarely fix problems on a single visit. In my case, I had recurring issues with water leakage, filter replacements being delayed, and the purifier shutting down unexpectedly. Even after multiple service requests, the technicians kept making excuses or simply asked me to troubleshoot problems myself, which is unacceptable when you need safe drinking water. Their app also gives misleading status reports, indicating everything is fine
