When I bought Drink Prime 5 years back, it was confirmed to me that after 3 years, the purifier would be changed. Now, it has been 5 years, and the purifier is not working properly, and Drink Prime is asking for money to replace the purifier. They are asking me to recharge for either 6 months, 1 year, or 3 months more beyond my existing plan, which is already live and has not expired. This is extremely bad and unethical practices.
