Worst machine please don’t waste your money and time
For the past 3 to 4 months, even after recharging, the purifier often shows “device not synced” and prompts for a recharge again. Every time we contact customer care, it takes nearly half an hour just to get connected, and even then, the support provided is very poor. Eventually, we decided to cancel the subscription, and surprisingly, they were completely fine with it—as if they don’t value their customers. It’s very disappointing to experience such unprofessional service after such a long wait and repeated issues.
