So much to improve !
Offers great cost savings 1. No customer care phone no, need to wait min 30-45 min on WhatsApp to keep on chatting with support team . 2. The app only shows water test report which was taken at the time of installation. Absolutely no use of this post a month , by then much have got changed . 3. If DP is also a tech company they should have sensors/ or update on the filters being used so that it creates more trust/transparency. 4. The water test report has two parameters: tested tap water(TTw) and drink prime water (DP) 5. In this for eg TDS of TTW is 101 (fair) and of DP is 101 however for a
