I subscribed to the new dp 2years back. And had one before also multiple times but fortunately just for 1year. If you are planning for a new one then everything would be perfect but as it gets old and ask for maintenance their customer support will make you cry blood. The in office team and on ground team who comes are in completely async. They just create a ticket on reaching but the on ground team who comes for the check will just call or come for the sake of marking their ticket complete not for resolving the issue. Learnt my lesson and would close the subscription this year. And what fraud
