I purchased a DrinkPrime water purifier with the expectation of good service and clean drinking water. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The purifier stopped working properly, and 1 have raised complaints many times. However, no one has responded properly, and the issue is still not resolved. Customer support is very poor and there is no proper follow-up from the service team. I trusted DrinkPrime for a reliable service, but this experience has been frustrating. I hope the company improves its customer support and responds quickly to customer complaints. 9:30 pm
