I had left a review about the changes recently with the VIP but it’s no longer posted and my star rating was even removed.
They removed the discount and VIP membership and raised prices of every item AND remove bra and panty sets, and to get a set costs more then it did before the change. Befor this change it was 42$ for a set now it’s 60$ before tax and shipping. The quality of the lingerie is so poor and the lace just rips the moment you make any tug. Seems like plus sizes decreased
I’m curious to know if others have felt like the plus size options have decreased. Ever since the new brand redesign and rewards program changed, it seems like there has been a shift away from featuring plus sized models. I first joined the rewards program years ago because there was a focus on a providing a large array of plus sized underwear options. I’m not saying there isn’t any nor that they don’t have a fair amount, I’m just curious if others are noticing a drop off.

As a blind customer who uses a screen reader, the Adore Me app is one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had.
Product images have no descriptions and are announced only as “image.” Color options are unlabeled and announced simply as “button,” making it impossible to know what I’m selecting. Stock availability is not reliably announced, so I often can’t tell what’s out of stock until I hit an error or a dead end.
These are basic accessibility failures that should not exist in a modern retail app. I love Adore Me bras, but the app actively prevents me from shopping independently

In a never-ending Loop of „updating the app“
Every now and then the app has a pop up message to update it, I click the update button which brings me to the App Store. But there’s no option to update, it just says „open“, which I click. Bringing me back to the App with the pop-up that says „update“. This continues in a loop until I give up. Eventually a few weeks later when I check in on the app, the update button is gone and I’m able to actually use the app.

Customer Service is the worst
I absolutely love the lingerie. It’s very cute and comfortable and over half my closet has items from Adore Me. The customer service on the other hand is just horrible. I have spent over an hour now trying to get an issue solved but I have been told they simply don’t have the answer. I ended up deleting my whole account because of how I was treated. There is no option of escalation either. Genuinely I can’t see this company retaining customers just based of the service I went through.

Where’s my package
I used to shop with adore me for years no prob. Recently started again and placed my order that was set to deliver better the 6-11 of February. I never got email or shipping updates even if I went to adore me website or app or the ups website. Tried to email adore me 2 x and get a confirmation that they received my email and id get a reply in a day or two but never a reply. It’s crazy how hard it is to speak to a customer service person. Day 15 of “delayed processing”, refusal to cancel
I ordered from the company over 15 days ago and it’s still in delayed processing. When I reached out to cancel because I’ll be out of town and was expecting the ship date they said of 3-5 days (reached out to cancel on day 14 of it “still processing”) I was told there is no way to cancel my order. I get that if it’s already with the package carrier but it hasn’t even been processed and they refuse to cancel it. “Delayed Processing” for Christmas - no notification, no resolution offered
I ordered some Christmas gifts for my wife with an estimated delivery date of December 20th. I received no email or notice that my order was delayed. I called customer support after wondering where my wife’s Christmas gift was and after 12 minutes they said that they had no idea what the issue was other than that there was a “delay in fulfillment at the warehouse” and they could only offer to cancel the order, place a new order, or continue to wait. I asked if they could call the warehouse and they said that was not possible.

Don’t order too many things at a time!!
I ordered several items about a year ago and it was cancelled due to “technical difficulties” a week after I placed it. I tried to re-order and got the same response a week after. Hard to navigate, never have my size
I like the app and the store but finding lingerie in my size (36 G/38DDD) is never the easiest. The “regular” sizes never have my size and plus sizes never have my size as the app says they have sizes A-I and never have anything over a DD is unfortunately insane. As for the app, they charge you 40 dollars a month for VIP if u don’t look at your show room yet never credit it as store credit like it says. Other than looking at all the items being sold it’s pretty hard to navigate through the app if you’re finding your saved for laters and other things.

I bought from them twice, each time it was a bra and panty set and they fell apart after one use. One set the lace completely ripped apart while I was at work and had to leave, the second set the stitching on the strap came out so I had to re-sew it myself. On top of all this, the prices are NOT worth the quality or the hassle that comes with any of their products. I've never met a person who actually like their items. Additionally, I contacted their customer service and they we’re so incredibly rude and hateful from the moment they answered.

Fantastic
Five stars because I love everything I’ve purchased. But where did my favorites go? There used to be an option to view all my favorites, which made it easy to go back to something I wanted, but it’s gone now. It still lets me favorite items and it will show that they are in my favorites when I scroll through shopping, but I can’t see all my favorites items together. Now there’s just a tab to see “more like your favorites” but I can’t actually see what my favorites are.

Beware can’t make returns
I made a large purchase looking new bras. I bought a variety of styles knowing I would have to return some. I needed to return about half and in order to do so I needed to create an account, so I did. Now my order isn’t showing up in my account and because it isn’t showing up I can’t make a return. I keep reaching out to customer support and I keep getting told to go to my orders and start a return process. I can’t do that because there are no orders on in my account. Adore Me was initially a gift from my hubby—he called it a monthly “treat” just for me!! Adore me has lovely fabrics & so many prints to choose from, of each style. Beware when buying
I’ve got several things on Adore Me and there is no consistency in sizing. 1 bra will fit perfectly but if you buy the same size in a different style it will either be too big or too little. So always make sure the item you buy is either not on sale (all final no returns or exchanges) or that you have already bought the exact same thing to ensure that what you buy fits. Even using their sizing chart will do you absolutely no good due to the inconsistency in sizing.

I shop almost exclusively at adore Me for my lingerie and my athletic and lounge clothes and I have for the past several years. The lingerie is cute and sexy and always fits just perfectly. Canceled my subscription and was still charged.
Earlier this year I subscribed to the Elite program for one month for a valentines deal. I canceled my subscription and sent the items back after the few days. The next month I was charged for a box I did not want and my account was overdrawn. I was not able to cancel that box and had to file a chargeback.
When that box arrived, I mailed it back within the time frame, and now they are trying to charge me almost 300 dollars for “missing items” i sent back months ago. Be careful ordering subscriptions from here.

I have purchased many times from AdoreMe and the app is very easy to use. Becoming a VIP member is hassle free, giving access to deals and you can skip the monthly buy-in whenever you want. Very easy and clear. They also notify you ahead of time to give you a chance to shop or skip. I find their selection cute and size inclusive. As a 38DDD, I find getting bras in my size difficult at regular stores. The lace is soft, the bras long lasting, and the lingerie is cute and creative with seasonal items. I was hesitant at first, but now it’s my favorite place to get my undergarments.

This pains me to write but…
Customer service hasn’t done a thing to assist me so I feel compelled to write this. I love Adore Me and order all the time but lately the app and website are driving me crazy. It will show an item as on clearance or BOGO but once added to my cart the discount won’t show. This has become a consistent issue. I reach out to support and in the 3-4 days it takes for a response the sale ends or the item sells out. Please fix this issue! I’m at the point of just not using it anymore.

At first I loved this. They send you a box with 3 items. You’re supposed to be able to try them on and see if you like them. First couple of boxes I would keep an item and send the rest back with no problems. The issue came when I got a box where I didn’t like any of the items. I opened them up, tried them on, took them off, and put them back. I returned the box and they charged me for the entire contents saying they were “damaged”. Besides the company's confusing marketing and pricing, the app itself allows the user to filter products by size, but includes items which are sold out in that size. In other words, it shows all items offered in that size even if they are not available for sale. Kind of pointless, since many of their items are sold out in many sizes. So you have to discover one by one that (in my case) basically each item that you like is not actually available for you to buy. So I didn't buy anything.

Adore Me is so shady
I placed an order for my girlfriend as a gift, and I want nothing to do with making an account with them. I want to check out as a guest, and still be treated as a customer they value having.
I get a text to download the app so I can track the order, but guess what? No information through emails, the website, or the app unless I create an account. Not even a tracking number. I get that rewards and discounts are for account holders only, but basic tracking info being from customers in an attempt to bully them into making an account? No thanks. I don’t think I’ll buy from Adore Me ever again.

I have been mostly ordering swimsuits from adore me for about 6-7 years. I love the quality. I get great deals. However there are many times when my size is available for just the top or the bottoms. I would order far more than I do if I could even just buy the pieces individually because then I could at least match them to other bottoms or tops.
