As a blind customer who uses a screen reader, the Adore Me app is one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had. Product images have no descriptions and are announced only as “image.” Color options are unlabeled and announced simply as “button,” making it impossible to know what I’m selecting. Stock availability is not reliably announced, so I often can’t tell what’s out of stock until I hit an error or a dead end. These are basic accessibility failures that should not exist in a modern retail app. I love Adore Me bras, but the app actively prevents me from shopping independently
