I absolutely love the lingerie. It’s very cute and comfortable and over half my closet has items from Adore Me. The customer service on the other hand is just horrible. I have spent over an hour now trying to get an issue solved but I have been told they simply don’t have the answer. I ended up deleting my whole account because of how I was treated. There is no option of escalation either. Genuinely I can’t see this company retaining customers just based of the service I went through.
