I used to shop with adore me for years no prob. Recently started again and placed my order that was set to deliver better the 6-11 of February. I never got email or shipping updates even if I went to adore me website or app or the ups website. Tried to email adore me 2 x and get a confirmation that they received my email and id get a reply in a day or two but never a reply. It’s crazy how hard it is to speak to a customer service person. I don’t have a lot of money so this is very disappointing. Didn’t even get a package or update before Valentine’s Day and I ordered in January. Thanks for no
