First box was pretty good, kept a couple items, second box a little worse, and 3rd box awful! I asked for my styling fee back bc I was very unsatisfied with my elite, the customer service rep wasn’t helpful at all and said “sorry I was confused” and they copied and pasted how the styling fee works. I knew how it worked but the so called “personal stylist” didn’t send anything I had saved in my elite list and even sent things to me that I had thumbs downed as now liking.
