I ordered several items about a year ago and it was cancelled due to “technical difficulties” a week after I placed it. I tried to re-order and got the same response a week after. I contacted customer service they told me that sometimes it can cause a glitch in the system if the order is too big and cause it to be cancelled. (It was 12 items) They were having a good sale on Black Friday this year so I decided to give them another shot and a week after placing the order I got the same message that it had been CANCELLED AGAIN due to “technical difficulties!” I reached out to them and they sai
