I made a large purchase looking new bras. I bought a variety of styles knowing I would have to return some. I needed to return about half and in order to do so I needed to create an account, so I did. Now my order isn’t showing up in my account and because it isn’t showing up I can’t make a return. I keep reaching out to customer support and I keep getting told to go to my orders and start a return process. I can’t do that because there are no orders on in my account. I will not be making any more purchases from this company.
