Earlier this year I subscribed to the Elite program for one month for a valentines deal. I canceled my subscription and sent the items back after the few days. The next month I was charged for a box I did not want and my account was overdrawn. I was not able to cancel that box and had to file a chargeback. When that box arrived, I mailed it back within the time frame, and now they are trying to charge me almost 300 dollars for “missing items” i sent back months ago.
