I ordered some Christmas gifts for my wife with an estimated delivery date of December 20th. I received no email or notice that my order was delayed. I called customer support after wondering where my wife’s Christmas gift was and after 12 minutes they said that they had no idea what the issue was other than that there was a “delay in fulfillment at the warehouse” and they could only offer to cancel the order, place a new order, or continue to wait. I asked if they could call the warehouse and they said that was not possible. I would have greatly appreciated at least an email when my order
