I ordered from the company over 15 days ago and it’s still in delayed processing. When I reached out to cancel because I’ll be out of town and was expecting the ship date they said of 3-5 days (reached out to cancel on day 14 of it “still processing”) I was told there is no way to cancel my order. I get that if it’s already with the package carrier but it hasn’t even been processed and they refuse to cancel it. Now I don’t know if I’ll get it in time (if ever at this point) as I’m leaving out of town and will probably miss my return window. Don’t purchase from them. A friend of mine had the ex
