OK, I gave it two stars because of Drivrt’s like the one I had today amazing but then you have just unnecessary situations yesterday. I say foreign guy because there’s a lot of of them that are foreign not in a racist way but in a way that they just watch you struggle with 20 bags and children, and don’t even offer it over the door for you then you have some of them that see you from afar and then they cancel because you have too many bags then there are so many that are so rude for what I don’t know you don’t have to be rude to be boys unnecessary have a great attitude when you’re picking him

Fraud + Terrible Customer Support
Rider beware. I should have just taken a taxi. After an uneventful ride to the airport, where I was dropped off at the center one of the most highly surveilled places in all of America, I was charged a steep “damage fee” for supposed injury to the car door . . . 12 hours later. If you’re going to commit fraud, at least do it away from the cameras, and don’t wait several riders later. Hate this company
Update: it’s gotten worse, which I didn’t think was possible. Now Lyft charges wait fees if you keep the driver waiting for more than a couple of minutes. Today I made a reservation for the regular wait time ( I was offered 1 min express, 4 min regular, 10 min “wait and save”). The app showed the driver arriving right outside. He was not there. I called and texted. No response. Next thing I know, Lyft app is searching for a new driver. I used to use Lyft exclusively a few years ago, but I took a ride with them, and my Lyft driver sat in the parking lot after dropping me off, and I stood there talking to a friend watching him, wondering why he was sitting in the parking lot instead of leaving and he took a long time and I didn’t have any idea what he was doing, but apparently the sweat for my cup the outside ice, the sweat for my cup got on the seat and without even saying anything to Me he actually wrote a review. Poor policies
I have used Lyft for several years and I think that based on that alone, Customer Service should go above and beyond for people that have been using their app and their service for quite some time. On December 23, I had a driver that canceled a ride during a stop and I wasn’t even taking long time to go into the store. I was actually able to go in and come out very quickly. Great Drivers, Terrible Company
I’ve used Lyft many times before—mostly because they’re sometimes cheaper than Uber. It’s always been fine enough for me since I go from point A to point B just fine. But the second there is an issue, just know that Lyft will be of no help at all. My last ride with Lyft happened as when I got out of the car to get the luggage that was in the trunk—he drove off. The driver was chill the whole ride and honestly probably a great person and just forgot that we had put luggage in the trunk. Besst/fair driving
The 1 and only bad thing I have to say is that I got an email one time that they would take away my rides if I had another bad review. To my knowledge I’ve only ever had one. And the one that I know of they never asked ME what happened with the driver and that was upsetting because I feel like if I myself am I amazing rider and I always tip at least $20 Venmo, or cash and add more on the app because sometimes the people with me are drunk annoying riders and so I compensate them for that experience but never had anymore left bodily fluids or said anything rude just been maybe loud and obnoxious

Booked my ride using Chase Sapphire as payment method to take advantage of the monthly $10 credit from Chase. Maybe 15 minutes after the ride was finished I went to add tip. I had a slider to enable Lyft Cash, and I was a bit skeptical whether it would void the $10 Chase credit. But I let the dialog settle for a couple of seconds and to see if it impacts my new total, but it did not, it still showed me the previous price plus my selected tip. We were picked up at the Hollywood bowl after a concert. The driver kept saying be there in two minutes. Be there in 10 minutes. It was about 15 minutes later that he finally showed up. We forgive that due to the amount of traffic at the Hollywood bowl after a concert. However, we could not forgive the fact that the writer spoke not one word of English. After taking a ride recently I decided to look into the company more. Upon investigating more I found out that percentages of driver wages were slashed drastically.
