I have used Lyft for several years and I think that based on that alone, Customer Service should go above and beyond for people that have been using their app and their service for quite some time. On December 23, I had a driver that canceled a ride during a stop and I wasn’t even taking long time to go into the store. I was actually able to go in and come out very quickly.
