I’ve used Lyft the last two days in Newark, New Jersey. Last night I waited in the rain for a car to pickup me only for the driver to cancel as they near my location. Then another driver cancelled. Granted it was after a Devils game, but that’s not okay to just cancel. I can’t review those drivers because they don’t show up in my history for rides. I’m staying at a hotel that’s a bit hard to navigate to, but two drivers don’t follow the navigation on their phones and one person took us around three times through the same roll booth because he couldn’t figure out the right way to go.
