I began using Lyft many years ago because it was a step above Uber. Drivers were more professional, and the vehicles were better maintained. Over the years, however, I have inexplicably accumulated around four or five negative reviews out of 333 total rides. I go out of my way to be courteous, prompt, and professional with drivers.
