I’ve used Lyft many times before—mostly because they’re sometimes cheaper than Uber. It’s always been fine enough for me since I go from point A to point B just fine. But the second there is an issue, just know that Lyft will be of no help at all. My last ride with Lyft happened as when I got out of the car to get the luggage that was in the trunk—he drove off.
