I pre-scheduled a ride weeks in advance, to enable an elderly relative to travel from the rural site of a family wedding to the train he needed to catch in order to get home. At the scheduled time, no car arrived, and no message came from Lyft to indicate the status. About 20 minutes later, I was notified that a driver was coming and would arrive in 26 minutes. All of this completely foiled the plan to get him to the train on time. We had to make completely alternate set of plans.
