The rides are OK a little sketchy, but the bikes are a total scam. And their service team is terrible. I had a very bad experience with the bikes and ended up having to dock one of them anyways it kept running my card for over 24 hours and they charge my card 112 dollars when it should’ve been not even 20 for how long I had the bike. After that, I contacted someone and I said that I had because there was an emergency. They said they would email me but they didn’t. A few days later they charge my card $270 because apparently the bike was lost. I told one of the team members exactly where I left
