Regular Lyft User

I use Lyft pretty much every day, sometimes multiple times a day. As a legally blind person, it’s the only way I can get around since my area lacks public transit. I’ve noticed that Lyft’s navigation system is very bad. On my normal commute, I regularly have to tell drivers to ignore Lyft’s directions because it tries to make them drive past my work building and then drive some extra distance through one way roads just to drop me off on the other side.
