The delivery person left the order out on the street without even contacting me first. When I got down the order was not there. I tried to speak with the costumer support and they declined resending my order . They said that I will have my refund and after a week I still didn’t get my money back. Their plus service is a joke
I used to be a subscriber at deliveroo plus. They are bragging for the “deliveroo plus promise” but it’s a joke. To qualify for compensation you need to wait for the order to be delivered, but the order will never arrive. Til then you’re starving of course. Stay away.

Scam offers!
They offer you credit vouchers some pounds off your next order and it’s totally fake! It’s just a marketing trick! ALL restaurants show up a msg “your credit can’t be used in this store”. ALL of them, even the convenient stores that have delivery service. It’s unacceptable. Only ordered once from this app - definitely WON’T be doing this again. There are other apps more user friendly and with legit promotions or offers!

Don’t order - you can fly to Ireland from London in less time
I placed my order (fried chicken) at 21:10 and it arrived at 22:40. Ofc food arrived cold and was inedible. Order cost £25 and Deliveroo with great generosity offered the huge amount of £5 credit for my next delivery (as if I am going to use them again?!?) It’s a joke, Uber eats and Just eat offer much better service.

Ordered a 17Euro order, 3.5 of which were delivery fees (I was also was nice to tip). Guy "couldn't" find the house, I explained him and he told me he doesn't understand and to meet him somewhere close! Told him no, that I am paying for delivery, he got upset start talking thrash.
