Charged for an order that was not delivered
I was charged for an order which one sent to the wrong address. Immediately after realizing the error, I contacted them and tried to change the delivery address. They couldn’t do it. Rider didn’t accept delivering to the correct address. I had various calls with them about this and they accept no responsibility. I told them that I never ordered to the address they used. In response, they told me that I should have checked the address even though its their mistake…

I’ve been waiting for an update to the filter system for a long time, and now that it’s finally here, it’s somehow even worse. It’s unbelievable — you can’t properly filter anything anymore. When you turn one filter on, another turns off automatically. I just want to select both “Top Rated” and “Quickest Delivery” at the same time — it’s such a basic feature, yet not possible. The delivery guy brought in a package with spilled drink, both mcd packs all soggy. I asked them to be taken back, delivery guy was in a rush and left while I was talking to the customer support, customer support asks me for a photo of the delivery and I tell him it’s gone with the delivery guy and he tells me he can’t help me without a photo. I ask him to contact the delivery guy to confirm it and he tells me he won’t be able to help me without a photo, lost a customer as I will never use their services again, terrible customer support.
