And the driver will not try to contact your as well. I just had the worst experience ordering food from Deliveroo. I got notified that driver has arrived but there’s nobody. I had been sitting at the hotel lobby waiting for 45 minutes and then the app notified that my driver had left??! NOBODY HAS SHOWN UP. NO ONE CALL. My friend and I, ordered some food to our school. We have provided with a location and phone number as well as a meeting place right next to the gate. This happened in Kent, Canterbury. I didn’t get my foods that I ordered and I didn’t get any deliverer’s chat. The apps still told me that the food is still being prepared (the deliverer didn’t get the food yet) then I got only one call from the deliver complaining about why I didn’t come to get the foods and get mad at me and just hang up the phone.
