They don’t help or care delivery is 2 hours long + delivery guys always rude and your delivery will always be wrong but they don’t care or won’t help or refund stay away

Not only it takes 1 and a half hour to get a small order it’s pretty much standard that either the food joint will forget sth or the delivery guy will mess sth up. For me unfortunately both have happened for 30€ orders and even more and not only I didn’t get my money back but u don’t even get to contact an actual person it’s all automated responses. The delivery guys don’t care either. Mine dropped my order all over the floor didn’t even apologise or help me clean or help find a solution and left, but that’s a common practice. Stay away and try to order from local food joints instead of Uber
