I paid online for an order , the driver couldn’t reach me for less than 5minutes as my battery phone died, and so he left with the order and i never got it! Deliveroo said they can’t help: neither deliver it back to me even for an extra charge nor refund me. My money went to waste.

I’ve been so patient with their team accepting their excuses on and on for many mistakes and goong on often/recurring! They do not even know how to fix mistakes! And you can’t even reach them (only on their chat that barely works and send the messages!) and the phone number that i have (not available on the app) either they do not answer or answer but the team again are so unprofessional unhelpful and above all arrogant! Im truly fed up!
