Ordered a 17Euro order, 3.5 of which were delivery fees (I was also was nice to tip). Guy "couldn't" find the house, I explained him and he told me he doesn't understand and to meet him somewhere close! Told him no, that I am paying for delivery, he got upset start talking thrash. Then, he found the place in 2mins. He was yelling from the street, then at the buzzer, then at the building (he didn't knew which floor although it's on the order). I was surely not going to eat what he delivered for obvious reasons, as the bags and food holders were easy to get opened.. talked to deliveroo and said
