This is one of the most absurd application i had used till now …
I tried calling customer care but only IVR is there no representative to address the issue even the application is so Pathetic that limited scope of complaint and issue could be raised there bot is also not working properly.
These companies should shut there business and do what they do and please don’t expand your business where you don’t have services and expertise.

Very disappointing experience with the Bajaj Finance app. I am receiving multiple calls regularly from different staff members regarding the same matter. Even after informing them several times, the calls continue almost every day, which is becoming very disturbing and frustrating. Worst experience with the Bajaj Finserv app.
My EMI on 2 May failed once due to low balance, but I added the money immediately the same time. Still, no retry was done from Bajaj’s side.
When I opened the app later, they had already added ₹500 penalty charges without any proper retry or clear information. This is completely unfair and looks like a forced charge on customers.
There is no transparency in how these charges are applied, and the system seems designed to penalize users instead of giving a fair chance.
Fix this issue and stop charging customers like this.

I am extremely disappointed with Bajaj Finserv EMI Card service. This is by far one of the most frustrating and unreliable financial products I have ever used.
Despite having a sufficient limit, transactions keep failing without any clear reason. Both online and offline usage is a complete mess. Your system is unreliable, your error messages are useless, and there is absolutely no transparency.
Customer support is equally terrible — slow, unhelpful, and incapable of resolving even basic issues. It feels like customers are left to struggle on their own after taking your service.

Honestly, KreditBee is way better than Bajaj Finserv.
Bajaj Finserv service is a complete joke. Their so-called terms and conditions are nothing but a trap for customers.
When they want business, they show big offers and give high limits. I was given around 2 lakhs earlier. But after paying everything on time like a responsible customer, they suddenly dropped my limit to just 30,000. This is not policy, this is pure nonsense.
I even closed a 1 lakh personal loan properly, but now they are rejecting even a 50,000 loan. So basically, being a loyal and disciplined customer has zero value here.

I had a discussion with a Bajaj Finserv executive regarding an overdraft, and at first they behaved as though they were supportive. When I tried to login by using mobile app then your app is throwing an error message saying “Suspecious activity identified “ perhaps it doesn’t make any sense. False Jail Break Detection in Iphone iOS 26.2 and above
I am using an iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 26.3, and the Bajaj Finserv app repeatedly shows a “device is jailbroken” warning, which is completely incorrect. My device is not jailbroken and is running the official iOS version.

No pro active customer care service. They have made the the customer care service by bot robots which has not been useful. The chat bot cannot understand any basic query asked. Then when you call again another robot answer your call. This is by far the worst UPI app I’ve ever used, although I’m a Bajaj Finserv Prime member with a paid subscription. It constantly wastes users’ time with unnecessary pop-ups and promotions — even while loading the UPI PIN page! App interface Feedback
I would like to share a quick feedback regarding the Bajaj Finserv app interface. While I truly appreciate the efforts put into the recent updates, I personally feel that the previous version offered a better user experience in terms of design and usability (That progress of your EMI tenure), Where i could see how many EMIs i have already paid and how many EMIs are pending.. The new interface is not that kind of problem solving asset.
