My EMI on 2 May failed once due to low balance, but I added the money immediately the same time. Still, no retry was done from Bajaj’s side. When I opened the app later, they had already added ₹500 penalty charges without any proper retry or clear information. This is completely unfair and looks like a forced charge on customers. There is no transparency in how these charges are applied, and the system seems designed to penalize users instead of giving a fair chance. Fix this issue and stop charging customers like this.
