Hi, i am having an existing loan Bajaj Finance. This month i have paid emi amount twice, one by manually and one auto debit from my account that is because my emi was delay by one day due to insufficient balance. For that issue i have written a mail to customer support because I can’t see any customer support number but since last 3-4 days I haven’t got any revert from there side and it was clearly mention in auto response that my issue will get resolve in 48 hours but even after multiple mails i haven’t got a single revert. Kindly help to look into this issue.
