“I made the payment on the same day, yet I was still charged a bounce fee. This is very disappointing service .” I am extremely disappointed with Bajaj Finserv. Despite making the payment on the same day, ₹500 was deducted as a bounce charge. This deduction is completely unjustified and reflects poor system management and lack of transparency. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and file a formal complaint. Such practices damage customer trust.”
