Very disappointing experience with the Bajaj Finance app. I am receiving multiple calls regularly from different staff members regarding the same matter. Even after informing them several times, the calls continue almost every day, which is becoming very disturbing and frustrating. Customer communication should be more organized and respectful of users’ privacy and time. Please improve your customer support coordination and stop unnecessary repeated calls.
