I’ve recently made a purchase and used Bajaj finserv for the financing option. What should have been a seamless process has now become a downright nightmare. The app does not bother to open, entering the OTP every time only to stay frozen on a blank page every time. I’ve tried re-downloading it and to no avail. I have no clue as to what’s my loan payment dates and how all the steps provided online are limited to the app, which has sworn not to work at all. Why limit such crucial details to the app when it just won’t work. Please provide with a viable issue for this app which seems to be made o
