This is by far the worst UPI app I’ve ever used, although I’m a Bajaj Finserv Prime member with a paid subscription. It constantly wastes users’ time with unnecessary pop-ups and promotions — even while loading the UPI PIN page! That’s completely unacceptable when people are trying to make secure financial transactions. The app feels unreliable, confusing, and designed to frustrate users instead of helping them. The developers seriously need to rethink their priorities, or the government should step in and review such practices. Please fix your app — people’s money and time aren’t a joke.
