I had a discussion with a Bajaj Finserv executive regarding an overdraft, and at first they behaved as though they were supportive. Eventually, they checked my CIBIL score, collected all my details, and passed them on to another executive who was supposed to take care of the process. Later, I received a call from a credit manager for final verification, but after completing the verification my application was rejected without clear reason. When I tried to call back to their sales person whom process the file for clarification, my calls were rejected, my number was blocked, and no one responded
