Scum don’t use 7 days free trial
They offered 7 days free trial and asked to pay a year in advance and it was written that I can cancel free trial at any time. I paid and decided to try it, it didn’t work in my case (I wanted to use the UAE vpn), and I cancelled the subscription the same day (15 mins after subscribing). So no free trial and now I’ve got the subscription I don’t need and that is not useful for me.

Whoever thought forcing you to watch a 60 second ad before allowing you to switch off the VPN was a good idea?? You do know sometimes the VPN stops working and you need to turn it off quickly at a critical moment to use your data, but you cant unless you see endless ads, and that’s exactly what happened with. This is a horrible idea that after a few terrible incidents I decided to delete the app. This could be putting peoples lives in Danger. Please consider reversing this asap

Stole my money
I didn’t purchase this app I downloaded to use a free trial to check if works or not they was mentioning 7 days free trial suddenly they charged the amount, I didn’t select to go for one week one month or one year , found that they deduct from my wallet but I didn’t allow that how they charge before using the trial period and even it didn’t work at all very poor vpn

This is the last attempt I try to contact someone, It’s impossible for my to browser or even speak for more than a minute with WhatsApp . Awful - and constantly double and triple charging and scamming customers
They have a history of double and even triple charging, and flat out lie with the “1 week free trial”. I was charged immediately for one, for a yearly subscription, and there was even a second charge for a monthly subscription that wasn’t even up on my list. So I had to contact Apple with screenshots of the invoices against the wrongful charges to get a refund. I’ve deleted the app and I would suggest anyone who doesn’t want to be scammed and double and triple charged to never download the app, and to delete it if they already have it.

What a useless product that never ever works on a laptop. Every single time I’ve tried to use it on a laptop. It simply does not connect and I have to waste another 30 minutes to 40 minutes with an agent to try and fix it and they keep on asking the same questions what kind of protocol am I using? Which country am I at and I keep on giving them the same answer. I have tried every single protocol I have tried every single country from auto to United States to Germany to Singapore. I have tried it all. I have done the troubleshooting myself still, the product never works on a laptop they keep on

At first the free version was just watching ads and then you get free minutes. After a while it started a new thing which is watching an ad and getting 30 minutes which lasts 24h. I had more than 10 hours for free by watching ads, all of my hours vanished because of this new policy so I have watched all of the ads for nothing.

Worst VPN ever. For the amount of adds you get you should get at least a mediocre performance but it works for literally 1 minute then it doesn’t. You would be on a call and suddenly the call drops and you’re completely out. There is no way on earth I would pay for a service its free trial is like that
