Why does it auto disconnect
It gets annoying in public places that have some sort of firewall defense against vpns, it disconnects and takes a while to reconnect. And this happens every time I turn off my phone. Give me an option to keep the vpn on all the time.

No longer free at all? Bold move.
After forcing an update on me (otherwise the VPN wouldn’t turn on at all), now I can’t even use the free option with ads and limits. Every time you click on that option, it redirects you to the same “choose what you will be using the VPN for” screen and, no matter which option you pick, every single time you will be led to their paid plans. Try clicking on the (small, almost unnoticeable) ‘free option with ads and limits’ and you will be taken back to the first screen in what seems to be an endless loop. Hopefully it turns out to be just a glitch (wink, wink) and us free users can get back on

Now that this feature where you have to watch an ad every 15 minutes has come out the app is completely unusable. I click watch an ad and it tells me there is no ads available to watch but whenever I try and connect it tries to get me to watch an ad despite none being available thus rendering the app unusable.

Do not download, won’t work after deletion
I used the app for a day or two. Worked perfectly! I was impressed with how it functioned but nonetheless I decided that it was unnecessary and deleted the app; that’s when the problems started. I can no longer connect to my data servers. I’m with Koodo and I can’t get any sort of data services when I am away from my wifi. Wifi works perfectly but data does not. I tried to troubleshoot through google and Apple but no such luck. There is no profile left installed and my VPN is turned off but still I cannot even get on google when I am away from my wifi.
