Good example of very bad GUI and UX design. Most important thing is made very unclear with a laggy bad designed connect button. Hard to tell if you are connecting or disconnecting , and very slow in response. In 2026 they want you to allow notifications. The popup shows EVERYTIME. How annoying is that. The VPN works well, but they have no clue how to make a userfriendly app.

It has a bunch of vendors that I cannot deselect all at once and even if I disable them 1 by 1, when I click on Privacy Settings they are toggled on again. The on and off button for the VPN looks overglorified and hard to understand when it's on or off. It should be a toggle instead of a round aura button. I can't change my email either. They also have a community icon on the navbar. No one is interested in that. We just want a good VPN. There is also a diamond button on the navbar. The only thing it says is "Thank you for staying premium". Why waste the navbar space like that? So useless. I

Not working in China
I downloaded this app 3 days ago. It was working fine until now. It just stopped working and won’t connect no matter what I do. It constantly stays on the spinning circle and doesn’t let me connect. I tried contacting support, that won’t work as I’m a gmail user and can’t even open my inbox without a vpn. I would like to give this app more. For speeds, you can’t expect anything more than 400 ping, upload and download speeds are always beneath 1mbps.

Currently, while staying in Malaysia and using broadband + WiFi the VPN shield stops working whatever setting I’m trying. Can’t use public WiFi anymore for just basic internet.
