I’m extremely disappointed with Hotspot Shield. I cancelled my subscription before the renewal date, yet I was still charged for the full year. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to charge users even after cancellation. I’ve contacted support requesting a refund, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly. As a user, I should not have to chase after a company to reverse an unauthorized charge. This kind of billing practice seriously damages trust. Please process my refund immediately and confirm the cancellation of any future charges.
