I clicked the 7 day free trial and it instantly charged me for the yearly subscription and I didn’t even get the premium version somehow and i cant get support cuz the live chat and send a message is only for premium customers which I am and I can’t even access that and their support website doesn’t open either it keeps bugging need help plz or refund
