Finally got disappointed
Booking values customer satisfaction, but in my case it seems this has gone unresolved . I have a non refundable booking with one of the property listed by booking. Due to some travel plan changes , I have contacted the property to ask for a potential change of dates , 5 days later and after numerous unanswered messages and calls from the property , I raise the issue to booking asking them to get the property to reply to my requests. Cancelled Reservation After Payment
I completed a hotel reservation and paid the full amount via Apple Pay. After the payment was processed, the booking was cancelled due to no rooms being available, and I was informed that the refund would be issued within 7 business days. It is not reasonable to charge the full amount and then cancel the reservation due to no availability. The booking should have been declined from the beginning. This is very unprofessional and frustrating.

If you need customer support, good luck
Over app the app functions fine, but god forbid you need any customer support. After 100s of messages to customer support and 10s of dollars wasted trying to call their international numbers where an AI agent answers and never puts you through to an agent (local numbers don’t work) I was forced to stay in a room that I didn’t want. Honestly truly a pathetic experience trying to get any sort of Customer support. Pray to god you never need customer support, or else this will end up being the most painful experience

Maris hotel baku
I recently stayed in maris hotel baku and my experience was amazing. The rooms were clean , spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect and close to major attractions, restaurants and transport services. What really made my stay special was the cooperative behavior of the staff especially maharam. Sanctification of the landlord😂
In short, our 8-night reservation was cancelled while we were in the middle of the apartment and the full amount was paid 2 months ago! We were surprised on the morning of our first day by the cancellation of the reservation by the landlord without any message from Booking. I recently stayed at Rixos park belek hotel, and overall it was a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and modern, with comfortable bed and good amenities. The hotel offers a gym, pool, spa, and various restaurants,which were well-maintained,cozy, and up to expectations . I particularly liked the guest relations idea and service especially Madame Zaineb who actually made our stay more comfortable and pleasant, my regards to her. I booked a deluxe double room long back looking specifically with a balcony and bathtub facilities including tub mentioned with other facilities provided.
