I made a flight booking through their app and then the flight was rescheduled I told them I want to cancel the flight and want a refund they told me they will act from their side though I asked them that I contact the airlines and cancel the flight they told me no don’t we will get you a refund and I was waiting then they told me after a month from the flight that I should contact the airlines and they can’t do anything !!!!!!
