Booking values customer satisfaction, but in my case it seems this has gone unresolved . I have a non refundable booking with one of the property listed by booking. Due to some travel plan changes , I have contacted the property to ask for a potential change of dates , 5 days later and after numerous unanswered messages and calls from the property , I raise the issue to booking asking them to get the property to reply to my requests.
