Creepy Hotel
The location is good, convenient to all. However, this hotel is weird. The lobby is not inviting, its dark and sad. The people at the reception are not accommodating neither smiling. The pool is 6 feet height, how can a guests enjoy it especially with kids? Then, the room is creepy (Rm 411 in particular), something is there that cant be explain. Me and my friend felt it and it’s weird and scary… The aircondition is controlled, cant be adjusted, either extremely cold or u have to turn it off. The housekeepers are weird too. The Management must look into it, a total revamp to do.

This is the worst customer service, booked an apartment with 2 queen bed in the listing mentioned clearly, upon arrival there was only one, after contacting the property owner he changed the listing while im on the phone with him and said its bookings problem not mine, thats false advertising and misleading information, tried contacting customer multiple times on phone and on chat with no response at all, keep in mind we came from a different city, so now we had to book another place, no response no refund and no compensation, worst customer service. I searched for two adults per room, then selected two rooms which means a total of four adults in two separate rooms.
